A truly unique chocolate, thanks to Valrhona's innovative double fermentation process that naturally imbibes the flavour of fruit (banana) into the cocoa bean and therefore the chocolate.
Containing all the aromas and flavours which make Madagascan chocoalte special before opening up the way for rich , complex milk chocolate enhanced by a touch of tartness and slowly reveal fruity aromas.
This is followed by spicier, malty notes, which finally give way to cocoa-rich bitterness. I refer to this as like banana bread in chocolate!
